If you roll seven-out, it means you have ended the round and the next shooter continues the game.
If the button of the table is "off" then it means that there is a come-out round. If you want to play but you are not a shooter than you have to wait until the button will be on "on". If the button is on "On" you probably are allowed to roll out the point. Between two rolls there is a very short pause when the players make their bets. Everything is monitories by the stickman. The dealer takes the payouts.
